Warranty policy

What the warranty covers

Every repair we do comes with a warranty on the work and on the parts we fit, whether it’s a cooker or oven, a fridge or freezer, a washing machine or a water cooler. We fit original spare parts, work with modern tools, and test the appliance before the technician leaves.

If the fault comes back

Call or WhatsApp us within the warranty period. We send the technician and fix it as fast as we can, redo the work free of charge, or give you a replacement service, depending on the case.

If you’re not happy with the result

We come back and redo the work free of charge within 24 hours of the original visit.

On time

We arrive at the time we agreed and finish in the time we told you. If something urgent delays us, we let you know in advance and book another time that suits you.

In your home

Our technicians are trained, work respectfully, and take care of your home and belongings throughout the job.

The price

The technician sets the price after checking the appliance and tells you before starting. The price is final, with no hidden fees appearing later.
