Are your fridge technicians Indian?

Yes. Our technicians are Indian, specialised in fridge repair, and come to your home in Kuwait the same day.

My fridge stopped cooling. What should I do first?

Check it has power and the thermostat wasn’t turned down, then keep the doors closed. If it is still warm after an hour, call us and move the most perishable food to a cool box.

Do you recharge fridge gas at home?

Yes. We bring gauges and gas with us. A fridge only loses gas through a leak, so we find and seal the leak before recharging, otherwise it will run out again.

The freezer is cold but the fridge is warm. Why?

On no-frost fridges this is usually ice blocking the airflow from the freezer, caused by a defrost fault. It is common and repairable on site.

Can you repair the compressor, or do I need a new fridge?

Often the problem is the starter relay or capacitor, not the compressor itself, and those are quick to replace. If the compressor has failed, we tell you honestly whether replacing it is worth it.
